Linda Naggs is accused of raping a man at a bucks night.

A stripper hired to entertain a buck's party raped the best man with a sex toy, a Melbourne court has heard.

Linda Naggs, 39, is accused of sexually penetrating the man with a sex toy at the party on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula in September last year.

Naggs entered the party cracking a whip and performed an act for the groom before moving on to the best man, a witness, who cannot be named, told Melbourne Magistrates Court on Monday.

He said the complainant was partly naked and on the ground when Ms Naggs allegedly assaulted him with the sex toy.

The witness said the complainant got up, called Ms Naggs an idiot and told her to leave.

He said a fight broke out between the pair, during which Ms Naggs threw a punch at the complainant, but missed.

The witness said she then threatened to call her "bikie mates".

Naggs has been charged with one count of rape.

The committal hearing before magistrate Elizabeth Lambden continues.

A FEMALE stripper allegedly raped the "very conservative" best man at a Melbourne bucks party with a sex toy while up to 30 ofhis mates watched, laughed and egged them on.
Linda Naggs is charged with one count of rape after allegedly sexually penetrating the man -- who cannot be identified for legal reasons -- with a dildo during the bucks party on September 23 last year.
Melbourne Magistrates Court was told the best man was "tracked down" during the party by his mates to replace a reluctant groom in Ms Naggs's strip show.
"He (the groom) wasn't interested. He wouldn't sit down (in the stripper's chair). He sat down for less than a minute before he got up and left," a male friend of the alleged victim who was at the party told the court.
"All the boys were there and waiting for a show ... (the best man) came in place of (the groom)," the witness said.





The witness said Ms Naggs helped the best man take his top off before she pushed his pants down and then pushed him on to allfours.
He said his friend was uncomfortable during the stripper's performance and was "always questioning" every action of MsNaggs.
The alleged victim's brother told the court the stripper was then "riding him" and "pretending to be a dog or a horse before placing moisturiser on a sex toy" and the alleged victim.
"I can recall (the best man) say to her 'Don't put it in'," the brother told the court.
"All I saw was a squint from (the best man) ... he got up very quickly."





The court heard the alleged victim pushed Ms Naggs away and swore at her, telling her to "get out of here" before the stripper tried to retaliate.
"I did recall her throwing a punch at (him), but she missed. I also recall her saying 'I'm going to come back with my bikie mates'," the brother told the court yesterday.
"She was a little hysterical. She thought she was a boxer or something."
The court heard there were about 20 to 30 men in the room at the time of the alleged assault and they were laughing, cheering and egging "everyone on".
Both witnesses denied any use of drugs at the buck's night, which was held at a house in Melbourne's bayside suburbs.
Mitra Biswaden of the Victorian Institute of Forensic Medicine told the court the alleged victim had suffered an abrasion and had been "in pain all night" after the party.
Ms Naggs has not entered a plea. The committal hearing before magistrate Elizabeth Lambden continues.
