Thread: Dirty Soi and Thanon, lets rename them by smell

The Soi to my sons school on Soi Theprasit i think should be renamed to Soi Dog Shit as the aroma of dog shit is quite overpowering as you drive down there, probably called Soi Aksorn at the moment which is what the school is called.

Another major one which I believe will become a popular name in Thailand is Thanon Cess Pit, I would like to nominate the smells of the road coming from Jomtien as you get to South Pattaya traffic lights, yes just where you sit at South Pattaya traffic road lights and the smells of shite from humans is wafting around you, an experience that cannot be forgotten, obviously the name for Soi Pepper spray will be hotly contested as the thai restaurants vie for the hottest spiciest food, real nasty when you get the old pepper spray in your face whilst driving a bike

So rename your local Sois
