My new years resolution was to stop drinking for at least a month. So far, so good.. I might have to extend it as I am feeling well because of it and saving lots of bahts....

My new years resolution seems so distant now. I think I was supposed to eat a bit healthier and lose some weight. I guess I'll have to try again next year!

Mine was to stop drinking and eat better.

I've not had any alcohol all year, and my diet has improved. Apart from the occasional pita bread, I've not really had any wheat products, which is good.

I have reason to believe that I shall be on the piss from Thu 31st to Sun 3rd Feb though.

I actually quit on boxing day as i thought going through new year without booze showed more resolve.
