No music to be played or alcohol to be sold on Saturday January 5th

Now this is only a rumour i heard from a 'bloke down the pub' in regards to the late princess, can anyone confirm or deny this.

No loud music or stage shows for 15 days you can still buy booze and pubs can remain open just no stage shows. So you can drink just keep the noise down. This will be a feat here.

We were told at work to wear black or issued uniform.
And that 15 day of respect to be shown - also read somewhere that the shows are banned.

The death of a member of the royal family comands the highest repect. it would be inapropriate to make a lot of noise or have too much fun when the Thai people are in mourning.

Sanuk is thai way of life - I seriously doubt that will change much for those in the resort towns. Now buddha forgive when the man in charge passes, I for one wouldnt want to be in thailand.

Mourning away here that's for sure, just can't figure out why we should be unhappy that the Princess has gone to Buddha.
