It's a big ole Bah Humbag for me..I never got raised with the Xmas thingo. Sure. We always had a family dinner on Xmas day and presents etc but it wasn't a big deal. Just a dedicated day off to come together with family . Overeat, overdrink..but fun. Now I have my own young family. The wife's a Buddhist
The kids were mostly raised in Laos and now were back in Australia we just go through the motions. Buy presents, cook a Turkey. Stock up on beer and spirits the day before coz you can't get a drink on Xmas day( unless you order a meal) my kids aren't fussy about it at all. Which is good. Bld the Prince that stole Xmas. Fook Xmas.

I made an early start on my Christmas celebrations today with the arrival of a festive hamper from a satisfied customer

Senorita and I shared a festive sofa snuggle watching the Pentatonix Christmas videos to get the kringle jingling

I dished up my Christmas curry to watch The Nightmare Before Christmas. Love that stop motion. The detail in the animation always reveals something I have never noticed before.

Decided on something different this year.
My three children are getting one expensive decent present and a sack full of alternative charity shop crap!

So the challenge is to spend £10 on as many weird items each per child from the charity shops.
My daughter bought this heavy wooden figure for my youngest for £3..
