It could be a case that the wee princess signed up to premium without us knowing. There was a 3 month bill for 70k or so baht last year for Toca Boca cities and outfits.

She knew what she was doing.

I have the annoying ads but I don't find them annoying as some find them. The entertainment value I get from YouTube outweighs the annoying ads.

I simply mute an advert and press skip when it shows up.

I refuse to pay on principle. But I have to say, once I view a long YT programme on my Ipad I seldom get an interruption, it’s only when one searches and surfs.

It seems to be more of a mobile device things and less a PC with windows thing.

Maybe it's a case of the normal free adblockers on windows doing a better job that those on android etc.

YT stated that it's 129 baht a month for ad-free service. By the way, I'm not talking about pop-up ads. I'm talking about 5 second, 10 second and 30 second videos that play before the video that you want to watch, or regularly interrupt that video.

So I decided to pay the 129 baht each month (first month is free). I went through the sign up process entered my card details and it was rejected as expired expiry date (it's not! and the card works fine with other websites). I entered a second card details and got the same result! So fcuk 'em if they don't want my money!
