This is terrible behaviour by an England fan. How can a gorgeous young woman show her fine tits in public and not wait for me to turn up first. Shocking.

.Bali tourist’s ‘stupid’ stunt goes viral

A British tourist has copped major flak online after engaging in an “embarrassing” act at a luxury resort in Bali with the clip attracting 33 million views.

A tourist has copped major flak online after engaging in an “embarrassing” act at a luxury resort in Bali.

The British traveller was believed to be staying at the 5-star Apurva Kempinski hotel in Nusa Dua, considered the island’s most luxurious location, when he decided to put his face in a large metal bowl filled with water and flower petals.

In the viral TikTok, which has amassed more than 33 million views, he could be seen approaching the decorative bowl where the woman filming can be heard saying, “OK put your face in it”.

He grabs either side of the bowl and leans into it before it tips towards him with water gushing all over the floor and on his clothes.
Furious viewers were quick to comment, branding the man’s actions as “stupid” and reaffirming why tourists get a bad rep on the island.
“You come to Bali without bringing your brain? Why do you have to destroy everything in someone else’s country?” one person wrote.
“Omg money can’t buy brains,” said another.

A third added: “Well that’s just lovely isn’t it, so careful and respectful and cultured.”
However, among the more than 22,600 comments, many chimed in to defend the man.
“I mean it’s just a bowl of water and flowers. Nothing broke it’ll be OK. Just say you’re sorry,” one person said.
“Am I the only one who feels bad for him,” another wrote.
Others got into a heated discussion about the positioning of the decorative bowl.
“To be fair that should have been secured better idk,” one said.

It ended up falling on him with water gushing all over the floor. Picture: TikTok/milzo09
Other viewers admitted they would be “mortified” if it had happened to them.
“I would just lay on the floor like I passed out,” one joked. “I would leave the country,” another wrote.
It’s not clear what happened afterwards but many were hopeful the tourist helped staff clean up the mess.

Tax, the alleged Brit was merely engaging in juvenile horseplay in order to stimulate some internet action, an intent that one might conclude was spectacularly successful given the number of responses elicited from the cyber population.

Attempting to gauge his position on the spectrum of British social classification from such japery is simply not possible. If arrant, wilful, boneheaded, thoughtless stupidity in order to achieve some imagined purpose founded on little more than ignorance, prejudice and bigotry was a marker of the lower class, criminal or otherwise, then one can conclude that the 17.6 million who voted for Brexit were all dross. I think even you Tax might agree such a conclusion would not be safe from a logical syllogism perspective and is too extreme, if not fallacious.

Tax, you really must guard against making these silly generalisations and stereotyping.

Anyone might think you were some marginal immigrant coon with only a crass appreciation of British class structure.

Ohhh the irony as it was you, you idiot, who said in another thread that social media has nothing to do with people and their behavior. You really are a clueless old man living in a box. I do enjoy the laugh though.

I imagine you are referring to my refutation of your idiotic comments on the suggestion raised by you that social media was the significant determinant in the rise in suicides among the wider Thai population and not the increasing indebtedness among 30 million people mired in medieval economic slavery with no realistic prospect of a release from their bondage.

You fucking idiot, the out-of-context fuckwit seppo thread is taking place elsewhere.

The British nationality does not have a monopoly on stupidity, or offensive behaviour at home or abroad.

Similar example may be found online, involving other nationalities.

In South East Asia, it is not difficult to cause offence because the indigenous population have different standards and codes of conduct. In general, such circumstances of stupidity and causing offence can easily be avoided by all visitors.

The conclusion is that any nationality can draw unwanted and unnecessary attention to themselves. The local reporting of such ocassions is usually complicit in assigning blame, by reporting the stupidity of others nationality.
Im sure the local population would not engage in such heinous activity. Perhaps they do, but it is not reported as unusual?

Turns out the Kiwis who beat up the copper and stole his gun are in prison on remand, awaiting a court date, expected to be October.

Tax, the alleged Brit was merely engaging in juvenile horseplay
The unchallenged "juvenile horseplay" of the meatheaded scrote today will only encourage him in progressing to shoplifting, mugging, theft and burglary.

    Zero tolerance. Singapore style.

In criminology, the broken windows theory states that visible signs of crime, antisocial behavior and civil disorder create an urban environment that encourages further crime and disorder, including serious crimes.

The theory suggests that policing methods that target minor crimes, such as vandalism, loitering, public drinking and fare evasion, help to create an atmosphere of order and lawfulness.

    In other sad news:

80 pubs close every single month in England and Wales: 'It's catastrophic for British culture'

Pubs are having a much harder time than last year, according to figures from the British authorities.

The English pubs are under pressure. This is partly due to high costs, according to the industry.

80 pubber lukker hver eneste maned i England og Wales: '''Det er katastrofalt for britisk kultur''' | Udland | DR

If you are going on a trip to London, you will find it more difficult to go to a pub to order 'one pint'.

The number of pubs in England and Wales is falling significantly, according to figures from the British authorities.

In the first three months of the year, 239 pubs disappeared, which corresponds to 80 per month. This is an increase of 56 percent compared to the same period in 2023, writes the media Independent, among others.

The old pubs are primarily being demolished or converted into apartments, offices and kindergartens.

Pub owners believe the decline is due to high energy costs, rising food prices that also hit consumers, as well as high tax costs for the industry.

Therefore, they have asked politicians to improve the conditions for the pubs here in the middle of the British election campaign.

    'It's deeply tragic'

For Torben Mathews, it gives goosebumps that so many pubs are turning the key. He himself has British roots and owns 'The English Pub' in Kolding.

    - It is deeply tragic to see pubs that completely disappear and are turned into housing. It is catastrophic for British culture, he says to P1 Morgen.

Read Also: Legendary pub in Vesterbro closes: 'It's boring to have to serve grave beer'
Torben Mathews is in the process of writing a guidebook about East London's pubs. He says that pubs are as integral to British daily life as the primary school, the local petrol station or the village hall.

But now he fears that it will soon have to be said in the past tense and not the present tense.

Because pubs are the place where people with different social divisions meet in an otherwise more divided British class society than we are used to in Denmark.

    - That's where you go and talk to people you have a good time with. It is also a place you go and meet people who you consider good acquaintances and perhaps even as friends who you have never been able to invite home, says Torben Mathews.

Changing lifestyles make pubs more empty

However, he believes there are several factors that come into play in addition to the higher costs.

Among other things, the population composition has changed, with more people coming in from the old colonies who do not have the same beer culture. At the same time, he believes that you live a different life than in the 1950s, when there was no fitness and everything else you had to do.

    - In the old days, the big activities such as football matches and dog races were associated with a trip to the pub before and after. Today, there are a myriad of other options – and that is one of the main reasons, says Torben Mathews.

Still, he does not believe that the pub should disappear because it is such a large part of the country's cultural heritage.

The Conservatives, Labour and Liberal Democrats have all promised to make it easier to run shops, pubs and restaurants, according to the Independent.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I think that Chiity came up with the explanation.

    Smokers like Pubs.
    Pubs don't like smokers

    Well adios then

^ It's also very easy to buy alcohol in supermarkets and corner shops these days. And they also often offer a large range of products to choose from. Cheaper too probably.

    Yes, forgot about that

Easily forgotten by folks like myself, who always had the opportunity to buy alcohol from the shops.

Most community local pubs and destination outlets had good sized car parks. An anachronism with the introduction of drink drive laws.

The availability of cheap alcohol, no smoking laws, and Covid 19 have all helped people realise that remaining in the comfort of your own home is a far better option?

All in the name of development, health and safety. The legislators obviously know what is best for people. The answer is therefore, not to allow the ditch digging riff raff any choice but to conform.

    A drunk Brit on a plane to Spain… who’d have think it…

Flight to Spain takes a tipsy turn as drunk Brit forces major detour

    .

The Jet2 flight, destined for Tenerife, had to land in Ireland so the sloshed tourist could be removed

A flight to the sunny beaches of Tenerife was waylaid by an unexpected and very unwelcome detour last week, when a Jet2 plane travelling from Glasgow was forced to divert to Ireland.

Among the eager holidaymakers was one British man who, unfortunately, took the term “holiday spirit” a bit too literally. As the plane jetted towards Spain, the disruptive passenger, allegedly under the influence of alcohol, began causing a ruckus.

Fearing the safety of the other travellers and his cabin crew, the pilot made the decision to land in Shannon so the trouble-maker could be removed.

In a rather dramatic turn of events, the man was eventually handcuffed and dragged off the plane, his legs bound with what appeared to be a seatbelt.

A fellow passenger captured the unusual spectacle on camera, showing a half-dressed man being carried down the aisle by Gardai.

The video which is doing the rounds on social media was captioned “Tenerife then Ireland it is”.

A Garda spokesperson said: “Gardaí attached to Shannon Airport arrested a man, aged in his 20s following an incident on board an aircraft that diverted to Shannon Airport earlier this evening Wednesday 12th June, 2024 at approximately 5.30pm.

“Gardaí met the aircraft and arrested the man under the Non-Fatal Offences Against the Person Act, 1997. He is currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.

    “Investigations are ongoing.”

A Jet2 spokesperson added: “We can confirm that flight LS155 from Glasgow to Tenerife has diverted to Shannon Airport this afternoon so that police could offload a disruptive passenger.”
