Council tax re-evaluers want to chargeus more if we live in a nice area.
That ought to mean discounts for those of us who live in rough areas.
We have a huge council house in our street, the extended family is run by a grumpy old woman with a pack of fierce dogs.
Her car isn't taxed or insured and doesn't even have a number plate but the police still do nothing, her bad tempered old man is famous for upsetting foreigners with racist comments. A shopkeeper blames him for ordering the murder of his son and his son's girlfriend but nothing has been proved yet.
All their kids have broken marriages except the youngest, who everyone thought was gay.
The two grandsonsare meant to be in the army but are always seen out in nightclubs.
The family's odd antics are always in the papers, they are out of control...
Honesly Who'd live near Buckingham Palace?

Give that family a chance. Could the 'fierce' dogs be needed to protect them from judgemental neighbours? Has her tax disc been nicked, and how would you know if the car was uninsured if not wishful thinking as part of a dishonest agenda to harass a peaceful family? Also, if it's on private property does the car need to be taxed or insured? Have you seen her drive it? Why should the police do anything about what you only assume but cannot prove? Are you so perfect anyway? Why is her 'bad tempered old man' bad tempered? - sure sounds like it could be the foreign influx (unless they're black or disabled or women) that are victimising his family and making false allegations such as driving an uninsured car and murder? Why do you bring up and what is the significance of the kids having broken marriages? Are you promoting divorce exclusively for lower life forms, and are you also anti-gay? Do you know that is a criminal offence? Could it be they simply chose incompatible partners, or that tragic external environmental influences have combined to wreck their hopes for a bright future? Not sure what you are referring to here re. foriegn influx.

It would appear that the family of the lady in question is of German origin and her "bad tempered old man" is from Greek/German origin.
Surely you are not implying that the families anti-social behaviour is because they have an underlying dislike of themselves?
