Aged 50 I would sometimes need to visit the bathroom after a big beer session/ aka at UK parties a PISS UP
Aged 55 most nights one time
Aged 60 seems every single beer, I seldom drink beer but have resumed during World Cup enjoying a large bottle on each half
Any ideas other than quit beer?
I do eat before hand and usual have a few salty snacks stuffed Olives, Cheese and crackers Nuts, Lays similar during the matches
It seems unfair to piss on the Mrs uninvited , I've outgrown my wetsuit and a hose and bracket seems over the top?
Are there any foods etc that help retain water or perhaps I should quit the salty stuff?
POI I don't use sugar , odd Lychee mango or banana from the garden or biscuit but not a daily habit, I think wife adds sweet stuff like Nam man hoi to some dishes , should I cut this out perhaps. I avoid restaurants at present, since the outbreak of hungry relatives.
This is a temporary issue as once the WC (if you will ) Final over 19 December I'll quit ale and return to more normal hours and a single large glass of red wine with supper.
I do recall my father and uncles with similar issues , prostate weakening?
I read lots of green tea might help but I hate the taste, if there are other methods I open as 7-11 till , Ding Dong
