Anything in maple syrup tastes better. Canadians have justified their existence to the world with that one product. Never been there and probably never will. I start to get goose bumps when the temperature drops below 23°C.
I have never seen that before, Happy. Did you see that in Canada?
Doesn't look that great to be honest. Maple syrup and donuts look like a heart attack or diabetes waiting to happen.
Americans also make maple syrup and sell it, but Canadians have the Maple trees to make a lot of it. Canadians have made all kinds of food products made out of maple. These products are a big seller for tourists, as they are often sold in markets..not just grocery stores.
As Americans, we like Canada and try to vacation there regularly - especially like the Maritimes.
I go for the people and landscape, my wife goes for the crustaceans.
Neither of us are great fans of maple syrup products, but if the bed and breakfast has it at the breakfast table we partake.
Go Oilers.
Because it's a sorry ass dish without the baked beans.
Chips, cheese, beans, gravy.
In that order only.
And I'm talking proper cheddar here.
But you’re more likely to be caught short without beans than gravy.
Im not a massive fan of baked beans either but you’ll just have to trust me on this one.
I am mighty suspect of any gravy where there is no meat in the vicinity. What is it? Vegetarian gravy? Where is the meat?
Bisto.

^I’d eat that! The one on top. Second one, meh.
What happened to the green peas? They’re all crushed.
Just wait til you discover chips, cheese, beans and curry sauce.
The chippy ooop the road majors on cheesy chips and gravy.
