I haven't read it.

The author, Ayn Rand was Alan Greenspan's biggest influence basically.

Rand basically said that (for lack of a better word) being selfish (or acting in one's self-interest benefits society, as opposed to socialists or communist systems.

She has hundreds of quotes. Any American businessman at a coporation has probably read the book, or at least if aware of it.
