Football yesterday, 5pm start for Chanthaburi v Phitsanulok FC
At 0-2 at halftime wasn't looking good for the locals, but three goals and it looked to be a winner, two minutes to the end though, an equaliser, 3-3. From eight matches Chan are unbeaten - 3 wins and five draws.
Fun evening out, two busloads of Phitsanulok supporters while very outnumbered made a lot of noise with their drums and chants.
Another home game this weekend, we'll go again, may be time for a new supporters shirt - someone noticed 2012 on the logo last night, and change of sponsors.
^ i went to a few but the ear piercing screaming like a bunch of women at a 60s Beatles concert did for me, no more unless i use noise cancelling headphones
Taksin Maharat bridge, 1060m, across the Chanthaburi river at Laem Sing.
Completed 2009; we first visited here May 2010 the bridge was complete/sealed with dirt roads either side, now it's part the Chaloem Burapha Chonlathit coastal highway complete with over 100km of cycle lanes. Bridge re-asphalted, awaiting some white lines.
Just one more today
The last of the large opencast sapphire mines around Ploy Waen, about 3km from home. I've yet to uncover any gemstones in our garden.
Excavated to a depth of 15-20m the soil has been dug, centrifuged, water blasted; now been reinstated, leveled, and to be planted in fruit trees

A Study of Sapphire from Chanthaburi, Thailand and its Gemological Characteristics
Thailand has been a leader in the global corundum trade since the 1950s. Bangkok and Chanthaburi remain important treatment and trading centers even though many—though not all—of the country’s corundum deposits are nearly exhausted. Since the early 2000s, there’s been a small-scale mining revival in Thailand’s Chanthaburi province. Chanthaburi’s sapphire deposits are associated with alkali basalts, where the gems occur as xenocrysts in basalt in the Khao Ploy Waen and Bang Kacha areas. Local farmers partner with miners to work the sapphire deposits and return the land back to agricultural use when mining ceases.

Can't remember the actual thread, but there was a small conversation recently about M'Sahib doing yoga on an outside table, beneath a fan, and the reasons why the table couldn't be moved (heavy). She was getting pee'd off with Youtube ads which kept interupting her yoga videos, so has signed up for ads free via AIS, so back on the table this morning.
^Very dainty toes, compliments to the good lady PAG
I got intercepted by a UFO tonight after my beach run and narrowly avoided an unpleasantly sandy anal probing
Finally some good weather. Went up Sumas mountain with my Raptor 660.
Is that fast enough to get you away from a bear?
Or MM?
Looks like fun.
Gonna get your fan club moist for sure
Fast enough.
As long as it doesn't break down. I broke down way into the bush once. I would not restart. So I had to abandon it for the night and hike to my truck for an hour. There was moose running around in the brush. I seen one adult moose. The rest of the noise I could not identify. Hiked back with a battery in my backpack the next day
Same size engine as these things. Dillinger and Moose could probably double ride on it no problem.
It's like Frank Spencer trying DIY.
