Theres a big void in my life, after covingeing all 86 episodes of The Sopranos. No more cawfee and got myself a gun on repeat.

Nothing else on TV seems worth watching now...Gonna have to play it all back again.

Having watched Gomorrah up to season 3 prior to bingeing The Sopranos, I can now see what a pile of shit that and that Irish shite luigi posted up really were and fukked if I can be arsed to download the latest series now.

The dark humour was sublime.

Lying here reflecting, after enjoying all the slayings, the thing that shocked me most was the part when the family guy Vito appears in motorbike attire at a gay nightclub and goes on to suck off a security guard.

It goes on to get more shocking for me though, after Vito's night out, with him then being branded a 'fernook' and the consequent whole of the Mob calling for his head and then his eventual bludgeoning and sodimisation by pool cues in a hotel room.

That was quite sad I thought and I started thinking that was probably a normal Friday night out, pre-covid for Bettyboo.

I'd never heard this word fernook before so googled it and it comes up as the Italian shortening of the word Finocchio, which is Fennel and quite popular in Italian cooking apparently, although I can't seem to find that ingredient in any of Nonna's recipes

Made me think of how people really were victimised for their sexual preferences, the angst over homosexuality and how times have changed and how we have moved on. But as TV series go, what has improved on the masterpiece that was The Sopranos?
