A Black Velvet. I have thought about making one but I'm never in a place with champagne and Guinness at the same time. We used to make a version with cider and stout, back in my yoof. I wouldn't rush back to make that one again.

Some pictures from Phu Chee Duen in Chiang Rai. It is part of a mountain formation which borders the Mekong River and Laos. Such a great drive into the mountains.

Fine for me, because my car rent and house rent is - by law - written in Turkish Lira, and I earn in USD from overseas. It's cheap as chips here, so it makes little difference to me if I have to pay 100% more for my outgoings. As it is, I have been paying about 40% less over the past couple of weeks....
