Thread: what are you getting the Mrs for Christmas?

None of them deserve owt of course but you have to make the effort. Mine hates everything I buy her and she can never think of anything so we give each other money which is pointless save for her getting twice what she gives me. Think i'll piss her off and buy her something this year, any suggestions? she's not interested in anything except food and money, the money options out then.

New (expensive) camera.

My Mary would be grateful for anything , as she knows I don't do Christmas so she buys her own present and the posts pictures of it on Facebook and tells everybody that her loving husband gave her this lovely present.

Works well, she gets the present she wants and doesn't lose face.

We don't really do Xmas gift exchanges having neither one of us ever been into it except me for my kids when they were small.
I don't teach on Mondays so she has asked me to hire a Santa suit and go in to her class on the day, so I'll be doing that as a favour for her. I don't want anything from her as she is a giver all year round anyway. Bought me a Pierre Cardin business shirt yesterday because there was a sale on; 800b reduced from over 2000. I'm happy.
