Cassini has twenty minutes to live

Cassini's thirteen year mission to explore Saturn is almost over. Just a few minutes to before the deep dive into Saturn's atmosphere. Watch live here...

there is a nice documentary about the Voyager 1 and Voyager 2 mission, what an amazing journey, and still working today

funny how it had nothing to do about sending a message to the universe, that was the NASA pitch message for the average American taxpayer, but it was actually a lot more

    amazing mission,

Well Jeff, I never thought I'd say this, but I totally agree with your post, Cassini has sent some lovely photos/vids back, but what the hell has it discovered that so the tax paying people can profit from their adventures.

Jeez can think of a million better ways to spend nearly $4 billion dollars.

Cassini is Dead - Long Live Cassini

But how did Cassini get to it's end?

If you have 7 minutes and an interest in a decent doco then ...
