    No different to mining communities I worked at in OZ, just bigger in scale.

    Paraburdoo was a great place bars golf course swimming pool everything you needed in one place.

    Jeezus. Indoor furniture outside on the front porch. Looks like some redneck from my hometown took a job at Aramco. They need an old refrigerator and a motorbike out front to complete the small town look.

    You lived there? I think the lifestyle may not be bad (except booze is still banned.) I assume some folks were doing home-brew?

    Interesting pics, tc. I'm glad I never went there.
    I've been hearing a lot about Saudi from my new principal and his wife who lived there for eight years. It is amazing what you hear from out of there..
