put it this way i have just been out for a beer with some very high police guys who know all about this and they also work in bkk and they told me they know whats going on on the other forum and it wont help the guy who is banged up one bit as they will make sure it takes as long as it can before they let him fly back to england

also they told me that cos it is spoke about on an open page where anyone can read it it will not be long before they block the aj froum website in thailand as they have done with may websites already

they never talked about this forum maybe cos we all know where these things are kept and posted over here so it is not like on the main page of the web site
i think ldma or what ever his name is will see his webpage forum blocked very soon as he don't know how to run a web site the right way
these guys (police) do not mess about and were very real about what they are gona do for that forum and for the poor guy who is banged up

Half their traffic is from outside of Thailand, their advertisers are selling tefler courses, the people in Thailand on ajarn have probably already done their course so they are of no interest to the advertisers so the advertisers wont be bothered, take about 30 minutes to set up under a different domain name and stick redirects on the ajarn domain.

Internet law experts and webmasters yesterday lashed out at what they said was the government's illegal blocking of websites and the use of threats and intimidation tactics against webmasters by government officials. Paiboon Amornpinyokiart, an internet and IT law expert, said nowhere in the controversial Cyber Crime Act -- which was pushed through by the military-appointed government and took effect on July 19 -- does it say the government has the authority to freely block websites. The law says any move to block a website must be backed by a court order.
He said the Information and Communications Technology Ministry (ICT) had to first seek court orders if it wanted to block any "undesirable" websites. The Cyber Crime Act was passed through the National Legislative Assembly along with a number of other controversial bills this year, despite grave concerns raised by local and international human and media rights groups.

Reckon they might be rattling the saber but can't walk the walk.

my wife has worked for one of them for around 10 years and he speaks english very well and he told me there are around 3 other police guys reading what is going on over on the other side and steps will be taken for the forum and the guy banged up... as we all know thias dont like to loose face

Walk into any major book shop in Thailand and you can buy stories of life inside Thai jails. Many of which are published here in Thailand.

Well as kk is the front man for one of the main tefler courses in Thailand it's probably not really a good idea for him to be telling everyone which drugs he would like to try next.
