Thread: Vomiting in the shower - Fck it, I'd better give up the smokes too!

Had this cough for awhile, hacking and great black lumps of tar come up....

this morning my coughing fit was so bad i threw chunks as well, and not just a little bit, me entire breakfast come up. all over me feet and legs, orrible, bladdy orrible.

i'm not stoopid, the smokes aint good! I gotta stop them.

(well, lets try no smokes, excepting when i'm on the piss, and now that's not everynite, weekends only!)

Thankfully it was in the shower and not all over the carpet, mattress, etc

Shit that sounds bad, breakfast is suppose to be the most important meal of the day.

I hope I never get to that stage... weekends only for me now too!

I only do it if i smoke a different brand of cigs. My usual are Bensons but if i run out i switch to marlboros and those are lethal in the coughing/upchucking department.

Ever thought of changing to Swedish Snuss? That's what I did earlier this year. Now of the littlebastards and only craving about once a week.

Well me, in my intoxitated state this evening, managed to throw a full unopened packet in the bin without noticing. Until i went to find them. Fortunately they were unharmed or covered in last nights food.

but i've stood up about 5 times in the last 30 minutes to go for one and then realised that i shouldnt and sat back down.

How long have you smoked?

nah - i think its the indo ciggies and jakarta pollution kicking in, i've had a cough like this b4 and switched to malbouro for a bit and it went away..

This is the easy part, wait for the burning in your chest and the strange feeling of being irritated all over. Lucky for me it lasted one day. Next day it was gone.

Very scary I would think.I've cut down to 10 per day,I never buy a pack anymore,just a few at a time.Hope in a couple of months,I can cut down more.Trying to quit these things is hell.

Saw on the news this morning that once the smoking kicks in the cancer genes that they stay in operation, so quiting will not stop the cancer if you was gonna get it anyway.

Had this dude I worked with and we got drunk every evening after work, he would always eat a nice breakfast and come out to go to work and start coughing and puke before he could get in the pickup, every morning he did this, well he don't do it anymore tho,, you see he died a fairly early death.
