The flight attendant should have checked it at the plane door and the passenger could have claimed it as she was deplaning. Errors made on both sides.

Speaking for the first time since the scrap, the regular church-goer told local ABC channel WFAA: "A baby almost got hurt. That's what fired me up". Humble Fierro added: "I don't want to make a big deal about it".
