There are things that you can do. The guys who look older than their real age are those who smoke, because smoking ages your skin. Use a good skin moisteriser every day, since the sun's rays will also age your skin.
I'm going on 58 years old, and I teach kindergarten kids in Myanmar, (the kids are fun and the pay is good). But for me, it is important to try to look younger than 58 - I don't want to lose my job because I look too old).
About a year ago, I had the bags and loose skin under my eyes removed at Phuket Hospital, plus a forehead lift to minimise my frown lines. That was 120,000 baht very well spent (IMHO). Later this year, I'm going to have some more minor cosmetic (fat transplant) to bulk up my tear duct area near my eyes, because I have very deep-set eyes.
Many men get man-boobs as they get older. I've got a nice blossoming pair, but they are very easy to minimise by a bit of liposuction.
Bottom line - Do some research about what treatments and procedures are available, as well as the possible risks and side-effects.
