Better to change baht to S$ in Thailand or Singapore?

While you're at it, I have a week in Singapore in December and I can't find Sing dollars anywhere.

Vasu is more convenient and ok if youre not changing too much but super rich head offices are always better.

Theres a place near gullivers that will beat vasus rates too. Plus they dont ask for id.

Any Singapore suggestions? I'm flying direct from the Sandpit unfortunately, I'd love to make the excuse of having to go to Thailand first to get some Singapore dollars, but I suspect the powers that be would see through that ruse....

That little Thailand i mentioned in the op is meant to be the best place.
