If you put it here, we have a lot of members who will offer their interpretation of the text.

For translation, it depends on the type of text because good translation is very genre specific. If you want just a general translation of a conversation or 'simple' text then pretty much any Thai who speaks English well can do that for you. Otherwise, many companies offer services of varying quality. For 'difficult' texts, you need them translated into the translators first language. Here's some general places that a 3 second google search turned up:

Assuming that this is translating (not interpreting) Thai to English, if quality doesn't really matter, you can get Thais to do it for very little - perhaps as little as 100 baht/page (given a standard A4 page of 350-400 words). If it's something more important, expect to pay up to 2000 baht/page for a native-speaker of English to do it for you.

It's open to interpretation, I assume you have a typed text , handwritten Thai can be like all languages a bit harder.
