I have never kept my distance in Thailand, only kept my eyes open and common sense.

Paracetamol also comes in liquid form. Probably flavoured. I suggest this would be the form most children overdose on.

You started the thread and asked if there is a problem. I'm trying to explain the problem to you. Yes your stick your head in the sand after 12 hours and tell yourself everything is fine approach is all well and good but I've seen two children die from that exact ignorant parental approach. Sorry if that is too "abrasive" for you but it doesn't seem to be getting through.

If you think a child is incapable of popping multiple tablets out of a blisterpack and then ingesting the lot in a handful, which you evidently do, then you are beyond help.
