Thread: What was the highlight of your day? :)

Getting my Maxnet back after 7 hours, even though it seems to be running at around 10-15%!

Got me car cleaned today inside and out £12 but one of the fellows who cleaned the inside dropped a £20 pound note inside that puts me £8 up and a clean car

The blue sky, sun and summer temperatures (30°C). Since I came back to my homecountry 1 month ago it was like autumn, cold weather and a loooot of rain and wind.
And tomorrow a barbecue in the mountain with old chaps who were like me in South America 25 years ago.

4am Last night walking around our hotel looking for our room.

Mr Han was downstairs demanding his room key.

I was on the 4th floor with my co-teacher and the missus.

We got back into the elevator to go to another floor and look there just in case I had pushed the wrong button.

We went to floor three. In the eleveator we could hear Mr Han shouting at the desk boy.

I looked at the wall and realised we were in the wrong hotel.


Had to go down stairs and get the desk boy to call us a cab and appologise.

Went to a birthday bash yesterday.
Loadsa food,beer and a good mixture of Thais
and farangs!

Saw the sun yesterday - for about 2 minutes

Been meaning to start trying to get fit for nearly 2 years - today did about an 8km bike ride with the kid and smoked only 3 fags today.

4 hour lunch

and then using the electric tennis racquet to kill loads of mosquitoes...
