I'd place this in the 'uper' section but this is something so important that all should be able to comment . . . the situation is dire in the UK

they obviously havent heard of tower hamlets.
They are beyond stupid. I am watching them this morning in Pattaya. I just watched a show called The Insiders where an old white dinosaur said that the solution for defeating Muslim radicals is to more strongly support 'strongman' regimes around the world.
There is a big Muslim population in Birmingham - a year ago I took a bus ride down the Balti Mile - and it is like going down Dhaka High Street, en route to where my family hail from, Shaftsmoor Lane.
Brummies are very friendly, so I didn't feel nervous even in Sparkbrook and Spark Hill - where Britain's terrorists come from.
According to a friend of a friend who is head of UK counter terrorism, there are an enormous number of terror plots that are germinating in the midlands - that the press don't hear about.
Fox News - exaggerating, ...but not a million miles off mark. Hazz is a Brummie and should know the landscape in more detail.

The best bit is that Fox News describe Steve Emerson as a "Security expert".

But on a serious note:
Probably explains why those Republican retards still don't get Benghazi.Steven Emerson is an American journalist, author, and pundit on national security, terrorism, and Islamic extremism.
Emerson is the author of six books, and co-author of two more. His television documentary Jihad in America won the 1994 George Polk Award for best Television Documentary, and top prize for best investigative reporting from Investigative Reporters and Editors. He is also the Executive Director of the Investigative Project on Terrorism (IPT), a data-gathering center on Islamist groups.
Despite being widely criticized for his inaccuracies and for fomenting Islamophobia, Emerson frequently testifies before Congressional committees on al-Qaeda and other terrorist organizations.

Probably the safest place to live in the UK are places like Birmingham, Luton and Bradford. They don't shit on their own doorsteps and usually clean up the slum locations they take over and increase their house prices while doing so.
Maybe the person on Fox news recalled George Galloway declaring Birmingham a Jew free zone
I know this may sound weird, but when people like Sadaa, the Shah, The Lion etc... were supported the spread of fanaticism was kept in check. That's the good part - what isn't as good was how the people were treated by Savak and the like.
There's no getting away from the fact (I believe) that western nations have a lot of this to blame on themselves - I'm referring to the spread of world-wide fundamentalism.
I'm certainly not agreeing with these dinosaurs, but the discussion point is there
When I was living in Indonesia, and working with the ex-President, Gus Dur, he told me that Jemaah Islamiah leader Abu Bakar Bashir had phoned him to ask if GD could lobby to have him tried under Shariah Law (hoping that it would result in a lower penalty).
He told me that he replied.'Yes I can lobby for you - on condition that if you're found guilty, we all get to stone you to death'
He said Bashir said 'Thanks but no thanks'
^If keep asking me whether Im related to other posters, just to let you know, far as Im aware, Im not related to any other poster on here, although, as people dont use their real names, I may unknowing be related to some posters on TD

You may be surprised. They seem to come out of the woodwork when there is a funeral or if they are "doing Europe". My poor granny had loads turning up on her doorstep out of the blue. Saying they were the offspring of some cousin who emigrated 50 years before. Ozzies too. She came from a big family in Ireland and lots moved away.
Don't recall that at all- any Link? Actually Birmingham has a long established Jewish community- my Grandad was one of them.Originally Posted by Fluke
Galloway did however controversially declare that Bradford, Yorks should be an Israel free zone.
Fox "News" has outranked McDonald's in spreading American stupidity across the world.
Well done!
