Benefits Britain, can we afford it?

The UK seems to be getting quite popular with the Roma (200k already) who can of course claim hundreds of pounds a month in child benefits for kids who are not even in the UK. Roll up one and all it's money for nothing, no wonder the Govt are thinking of scrapping personal tax allowances for expats, they need all the money they can get. One lazy bastard gets over 800 quid a week and never has, or probably never will pay anything into the system. They can start claiming the moment they turn up.

I saw the light many years ago and luckily I managed to escape in 2005. I have 3 kids with British passports and I can't claim shit for them.

If you can rake in this much for doing nothing it's a bit tempting to go back.

The country is swarming with Romanian big issue sellers now.

They do that once they arrive to be "self employed" for a few months thus opening the entire welfare state for the rest of their lives.

That was before Jan, now they can just turn up and start to claim without the unnecessary burden of ever having a job. If Turkey ever gets in the EU we will have another lot claiming, utter insanity.

No EU nationals cannot just turn up and claim benefits they need to be "habitually resident" in the eyes of the Job Centre.

They need to get NI number (easy) and make a few months worth of token NI contributions.

The easiest way is just claim self employment.
Romanians fav is the big issue or "scrap metal worker"

After a few months walk in the JC and get Tax Credits and Housing Benefit for all the kids they have documentation for.

The big issue does seem a bit slow on the uptake. I want the Roma copy.

Lots of Romanian Big Issue sellers near my place. Seeing as I live in the UK on a sporadic basis I ain't gonna gripe too much. The amount they can claim is a bit too much. I am a native Brit and I got raked over the coals when I needed to see a doc after being a mere year out of the country. I don't regard England as my home anymore. Home is just a state of mind. England is just where my passport is from

Worried your pension will run short?

So you're a sick senior citizen and the government says there is no nursing home available for you - what do you do?

    Senior Health Care Solution

Our plan gives anyone 65 years or older a gun and 4 bullets.

You are allowed to shoot 2 MPs and 2 illegal immigrants!

This means you will be sent to prison where you will get 3 meals a day, a roof over your head, central heating, air conditioning and all the health care you need!

    New teeth? - No problem.
    Need glasses? - Great.
New hip, knees, kidney, lungs, heart?
    All covered.

And your kids can come and visit you as often as they do now.

And who will be paying for all of this?

The same government that told you they cannot afford to put you in a home.

IS THIS A GREAT COUNTRY OR WHAT?

No wonder the rest of the world can't get here fast enough!
