^ I've started to drink Singha occasionally instead of Leo. I don't really know why, just for change I guess.
Singha is a couple more Baht a bottle as well.
But no such luxuries tonight...
Decisions decisions... you've gotta keep your wits about you in the gardener's kitchen...

A good mate passed away. He loved wine, women, and cigars.
In memory.

Medicinal gut rot tonight..

That’s not a shy pour!
That includeds the ‘barman’s nip’ from the last bottle.
A small nip while I organised tonight's prawn curry.

Excellent choice in glassware.

Not a bad choice in curry, either.
I agree.
I’ve never made that one myself but like all good Boy Scouts I’ve come prepared.
Bottom right

Mendy, is this traverse to Singha a permanent thing or just taking a dip?

Took my binoculars to the beach to spy the new comet but the clouds had other ideas.

So I settled for another approach to seeing stars

This wurzel juice had been languishing in the fridge so long the cap had gone rusty
Attachment 121413
In its over-matured state it had acquired a bouquet of parma violets
^Sorry for your loss. I know what it is like to lose a good friend.

Drinking cold water, which I often do. I have about five reusable 700 ml water bottles in the fridge I recycle on a daily/nightly basis.
What else to drink in the UK?

^ I hope you like that beer, Willy.
I don't like it at all.
:puke:
I think it’s a great drop. Had it before, a Brit colleague raves about it.
It looks like you're in a conference centre, Willy. Will you be able to go outside and try some local beers?
already outside. Found this delightful bar

London Pride is a decent ale, IMO.
Edit: I have to say that photo looks like it was taken on a lovely day rather than a dreary English winter: clear sky, still a bit of natural light and hanging baskets. You've been lucky with the weather, Willy.
Fucking yes Dirk, how much for a pint of that up there?
£4 for that one at my local cricket club just 200m down the road.
£3.95 at my normal local, 1km up the road.
Those are both member/locals prices, saving 15p each.
bugger, double that here.
Bobcock says hello.

^ I really miss going into a proper town pub for a pint.
My niece is at music college in Kensington, I visit occasionally when possible. A nice part of London.
