After a heavy couple of days in Bangkok followed by a weekend fishing trip... all on top of an indulgent Christmas... I've decided to stop drinking for a while and flush the system out.

So, tonight just a solitary can of Black Rat Cider I picked up at Villa Market... just for the taste.

^^ Aah, I see your point. I was thinking that one tin of cider doesn't really count as drinking, but I guess strictly speaking you could argue that it does.

The Black Rat, btw, was at Villa Market on Sukhumvit, down by the Phrom Phong BTS station. They also had Magners.

I met a Scotsman once who told me he didn't drink (he was being serious), even though I'd seen him drink three right in front of me. I think "drinking" started at about 10 drinks in for him.

I'm still off it... two days and counting!

Tonight, after a 0.5km swim and exercise... just a single tin of Magners... just to compare the taste!
