I know. I have smelled that stuff. It is like that cheap Tequila rot gut shiver as you hold your breath. You either hold it down.....or puke it up...:smileylaughing:

Managed to get the Cloggies on board to show Vlad that the West stands united against challenges to freedoms of countries who have adopted the wonderful western invention of DEMOCRACY!

^Clarse in in a glarse Armstrong. Hope you are guzzling it from a flute proper stylee
Conscious of canopy criticism I have spruced this one up with some fancy schmancy red trim and gold rivets
It has also been kitted out with a MOAB (MotherFukinFukker Of All Bombs)

Those old hands will tell you that Air Supremacy is the first order of business and so it must be when beautiful western DEMOCRACY is threatened by evil smelling communists and thuggish authoritarians

So bring it on, dastardly dictators. The WEST is waitin for ye.
Anyway to get back on topic I thought I would spritz my bubbler up tonight in the guise of a Bucks Fizz

I can't remember Loops, aren't you the guy that adds honey to Scotch or something like that? That's almost grounds for jail time.
Enjoy the Wild Turkey. You are slowwwwly stepping up. Next time try Woodford Rye. But please for God Sake don't add honey, coke, syrup. :)
Just noticed Loops, you guys spend $45 (on sale) for bottom end, screw off top, 700ml whiskey with honey added to it?... OUCH.....
That bottle is typically $15 to $18 for a 750ml at your local Rite-Aid and CVS drug stores. "Hooch it up" Loops. You earned it. :smileylaughing:

And a very clean example of the UF registered P-39 Airacobra in RAF service with 601 squadron
https://worldofwarplanes.com/dcont/f...airacobra4.jpg
An unusual early tricycle gear aircraft. The design accommodates a monster 37mm M4 cannon in the nose firing through the propeller hub.
To accommodate the huge cannon the engine had to be mounted low behind the pilot with a the driveshaft running under the cockpit and connecting via drive wheels.
Started some IPAs in the afternoon

Then moved onto a couple of refreshing Blanc to finish the evening.

Tried a couple of these Korean beers tonight. Seemed ok

No military airplane toys or Nazi dolls..... :) Just a good Anejo, Cointreau, fresh limes from the garden to make up a nice refreshing drink and off to the BBQ.
I had a couple of G&Ts with a mate who reckons there’s no carbs in Gin and therefore it’s basically a diet drink.
And switched to IPAs while I Q’d. No Barbie here. Just a Q or a Braii
This pic was already posted on the dinner thread, and I might just plonk it onto the BBQing mega thread as well, just for good measure!

It's good to be back... and my first Leo for around 7 weeks.
I was initially a bit pissed off about flying back with Turkish Airlines due to the extra connection at Istanbul... but the food was half edible and I was offered metal cutlery to eat it with. This made a nice change from the slop KLM serve up with their cheap plastic eating implements.
