For damn sure it is.
I pay 1545 baht a month for 512/256 adsl and get sometime 150kbps download which only gets about 20 on my meter and sometimes not that much, as low as 3 kbps.

Yeah, me too, Keda. I was curious why the free broadband came from Nigeria, but it's something to do with the government and their tax laws. Anyway, this time next week I'll be a multi-millionaire, apparently.

You're a bit ahead of me; I only got as far as the password, then logged on, completed the form with online banking PIN, mother's maiden name etc, and still waiting for Mr Obabongo's email with agent number.
