How often do you log on to Teakdoor?

Just out of interest, because I know there are a lot of guys that log on everyday like myself. Nothing wrong with that at all, the internet has become a defacto social community and there are few as dysfunctional than our own. It's a public poll, so no telling porkies right!
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!"

I voted 7, but I never actually have to log in when I'm using my phone. I may have fucked up your poll (or pole ©Socal) already.

As you say Neo, the goddamn internet created a rather instinctive, dependent, and defacto interchage....a default, by some measures.

It's been branded a social extension - but it ain't really that social.
A good solid two generations that have become committed by conditioning of everything electronic and gadgetry-based.

Imagine an existence without these "conveniences".
It might be real and true. Or not.

I sometimes re-start my computer every couple of weeks/months so I voted for Never Log Off. I've definitely never clicked the 'Log Out' button.

I'm on here everyday I stay home. That's been most days for the last couple of months.

As far as logging in, I don't think my iPad ever logs off. The PC logs off, but I don't use it much to view the forum.

If I'm not mistaken [depending on one's system], after a time that you are not actively on the TD page....the internal TD operations will log you off automatically, will it not?

No not on mine. I just went away for a few days and when I got back I was still logged in.

Never log out, but not at the computer all the time.
The OP should have posted how many devices you have log in at one time ?

I think you have to check the remember me box when you login or the SW will log you off.

Yes the cathode ray nipple has been replaced by something far more efficient,
but for many the alternate community is a far less hostile place than their real locale.

I realise I do spend far too much time here,
I enjoy the laughs though I have far more pressing things to attend.
Think I should try and cut down on my intake, you can have too much of a good thing.
