Thread: so how much do thai assistant managers up get?

hi im curious to know how much average pay for thai managers.

i know a mate (thai) who works at automotive factory, asst. manager gets around 35k mark. working for around 2 years.

another one, working in the same company for 20 years, accounting manager position and possibly getting around 100-120K baht.

another sample, working in the same company for 20 years, general affairs manager, getting probably around 60k

another info, a supervisor for an automotive factory, working for 15 years, getting 45k, earning more than the asst manager.

when i googled thai asst manager, range comes from 30k-80k....

what is going on?

some people get paid different rates for different jobs

some people are worth more than others
