Are there ? I'll stick to this one as it seems to be the right place for gentlemen who have an interest in animals.

Well obviously no taxpayer money should be spent on allowing Thaiophiles to watch it for free.

Glad to see the Pearly Kings got in the procession !

What's this giant black monster menacing a child? Is it meant to signify the omnipresent threat of peados?

I think the ceremony was amazing.. beautifully choreographed. It told a story and had elements of popular culture that everyone can relate to.

Much better than a million Chinks beating a drum in sync.

    And it had Mr Bean

BBC World News managed to find about six still photos to show us. Well done, guys. Keep up the good work.

Coming up next an interview with someone who saw it on telly and who Tweeted that it was "brilliant".

    Fucking national disgrace, the BBC.

    Green for that incisive comment.

Yes, it showed a culture that millions participated in, rather than (as China did), taking a few key inventions, of a handful of men - and doing a big dance around them.

The best thing about the Olympics this year as opposed to '08 is that in LOS we will actually get to see a lot of it- True really screwed us over last time, but the coverage now promises to be excellent.

I have just seen a rerun of the entire opening ceremony on True as delivered by Star Sports.

They contrived to break the coverage throughout every high point with adverts seemingly unconcerned that to do so undermines the whole fucking point of showing it in the first place.

If this is typical then we are truly fucked ( excuse the pun ).

What is it about fucking retarded chickenheads and their propensity for fucking up just about everything they touch?

I swear to God these dumb fuckwits would have shown a fucking advert the precise moment whatsisname stepped on the fucking Moon.

Christ, how I fucking detest Asians. Dumbest fucks in the world.

    I'm off to Blighty.

I am in Maehongson and it is almost as though there is no such thing as the olympics. I can't find any coverage, and the BBC website is so interminably slow to make any update, that I am almost resigned to completely miss these Olympics.

The Oz coverage has always been brilliant and on free to air TV.

I cannot imagine sharing any common ground with ^ above, but on this topic I do.
