This awful congresswoman is trying to pass a bill that will rip ofw of their hard earned money to pay at the airport or everytime the OFW get an o.e.c (overseas employment certificate) whenever the ofw leaves the country to go back to the country where they work. Its not a big amount its $50 or 2,200 php, but imagine the number of Overseas Filipinos Workers around the globe..Even its the governments responsibilities to take all the necessary action to help or assist OFW, but this lady Ma. Theresa wants to put all the burden to every OFW..buy trying to pass that bill..I hope nobody will vote for this lady in the Philippine Congress or to the senate...This is the kind of person that end up being rape and kill and throw the body into the sea.. Hope the Government will do everything to help all the OFW around the globe...

They have been doing that to the OFW,s for years , the logic is if you can afford to leave the philippines to work then you must be able to afford to pay more than the normal departure tax , The daft cunts forget that without all those flippers beavering away in the gulf or some such other shithole and remitting about 3 quarters of there salary back to the provinces to support the extended family the economy would probably be fucked,(More fucked than it already is that is) They should treat the poor buggers right IMHO

Not all OFW are not being paid correctly..for OFW to obtain a Overseas Employment Certificate which is valid for 6 months there is a particular fee and its not all the same amount..with that O.E.C all departing OFW are exempted from paying travel tax and terminal fee..and since Cong.Bonoan-David want to implement the $50 or 2,200php on every departing OFW its like paying all the tax and fee in the airport...whats the use of paying the O.E.C..what really matters is f they have enough money to cover that amount..just imagine all the expenses while on vacation..
