    A true olympic hero

Gotta be this dude, Turkey's Yusuf Dikec. Wandered in in a t-shirt and sweatpants, one hand in his pocket, and takes the silver medal. Just raw dogging it - no fancy equipment, glasses etc. A true Olympic hero.

Then lost to an Asian woman?...

Unlike this guy who wandered in in a vest and shorts with his hand in his pocket hiding his cock and absolutely battered his opponent...

^ My guess would be androgen insensitivity. Basically a man, but who has female appearing genitalia. A DNA test would sort it out likety split. Shameful.

She's had tests and proven to be a woman. She was banned by a Russian run organisation for something they didn't want to reveal, shortly after beating a Russian boxer.

You don't need to fancy them to accept they're a woman.

Born with female birth certificate and has never identified as anything other than female. However, the IBA did ban her following two separate tests, one taken in Instanbul 2022 and the other in New Delhi 2023. However, the specifics of the tests were not revealed, other than it did not check testosterone levels. Some have said that X and Y chromosomes were found.

This is the link to the official statement from the IBA.

The bout looked like it was going to be one-sided from the bell, so I don't blame the Italian for giving up so quickly.

The IBA is a corrupt Russian-led organisation and a fucking joke. That's why it was thrown out, and CAS agreed.

There's one trans athlete in the games and it would probably surprise you.

^ This has nothing to do with trans gender.

Both of these women were born female and have lived their life as female.

I think maybe they've been on a little medication....

Back to Yusuf Dikec. What a legend. But don’t believe everything.

Dikec started shooting competitively in 2001, following his employment with the Gendarmerie General Command as a non-commissioned officer. He's a four-time Olympian, having competed in 2008, 2012, 2016 and 2020.
Dikec went into detail about his distinctive shooting method in an interview with the Turkish broadcaster TGRT Haber. He described his shooting method as one of the "rare shooting techniques in the world."
He claims that even the referees are taken aback by his practice of shooting with both eyes open.
Dikec went on to say that given their intense training, a medal was expected. "This year we prepared a lot and worked a lot... this success belongs to all of Turkey."
He is not done yet. He informed reporters that he and his teammate Sevval Ilayda Tarhan are looking forward to competing in the Los Angeles Summer Games in 2028.

    Bit more on the "IBA"

VILLEPINTE, France (AP) — Nearly 17 months ago in New Delhi, Algerian boxer Imane Khelif was disqualified from the International Boxing Association’s world championships three days after she won an early-round bout with Azalia Amineva, a previously unbeaten Russian prospect.
The disqualification meant Amineva’s official record was perfect again.
The IBA said Khelif and fellow boxer Lin Yu-ting of Taiwan had failed “to meet the required necessary eligibility criteria and were found to have competitive advantages over other female competitors.” The governing body claimed the fighters had failed unspecified eligibility tests — the same tests that ignited a massive controversy about gender regulations and perceptions in sports this week as Khelif and Lin compete at the Paris Olympics.
The IBA’s decision last year — and its curious timing, particularly related to Amineva’s loss to Khelif — would have raised warning signs around the sports world if more people cared about amateur boxing, or even knew more about the IBA under president Umar Kremlev of Russia.
The IBA is a Russian cowboy outfit.

Well, personally I don't think it's quite in the spirit of the Olympics, or boxing in general, to allow people with these types of medical conditions to enter as women. It's a dangerous enough sport as it is.

I heard the IBA were going to publish their findings today to explain why the two were banned.

We know why. Because the IBA fixed it for Russians.

If you read, there will be no boxing in 2028 unless all IOC countries get behind a respectable organisation.

The tests that raised questions have themselves been discredited.

Troy, these women have been women all their lives.

    Like Caster Semenya.

    A 'medical condition'?

She is not going to strap on a plastic cock to fcuk you backspit

Why is there all this concern here about women's boxing ?

I also fail to understand why anyone gives a shit about Olympics

None of you are ever going to compete

Just admit you are manipulated fools and move on to rectifying
If you torture data for enough time , you can get it to say what you want.
