The bonus points are shown on the Fartasy page, just click on teh scores below your team page and they update throughout the match

I really should look into what all these Boost Triple Bench Wank things are.

Last time I looked there was one Wildcard per season, which changed to having an extra one during the January transfer window.

I think so.
The free hit is the same as wildcard but your team reverts back the next week
