13 posters in the sweepstake now!

I'll try and allocate the horses to members a couple of hours before the off, then if anyone wants to swap and do deals with each other then they've got the opportunity.
    save yourself the trouble.

better if posters just pick a nag and if nobody wins..so what?

I've had a couple of successes on the grand national over the years had royal athlete at 40/1 But only £2.50 each way and Lord Galene at 14/1 with £30 e/w which was very nice and should have more on the fucker as closest to a certainty would ever get in the race, year of the bomb every horse travelled home he stayed there. Fuck all success bar those 2 though.

My first ever GN bets were a bob e/w Foinavon and 2/6d e/w Freddie; cleaned up but never backed a GN winner since!

Like BB, Anibale Fly for me.
Third in the Gold Cup and a lot classier than most of the glue on parade.

My favourite National Horse is Rhyme n Reason, who went down on his belly and the jockey, Brendan Powell I think, performed miracles to stay on it let it recover and finish with a wet sail at 14-1.

    I forget the year
