^^ Thanks, AO.
Jimmy played alright. Sf d was the difference. Jimmy looks good. Cards are a bunch of morons to not grab him. They have probably the worst qb situation in the lg.
not surprising that they missed out on picking him up..
admittedly it's a small sample size, but jimmy GQ seems to be the real deal....some people in NE think he'll be back there before too long taking over for #12.
btw, how about the patriots picking up harrison? belichick is crafty.
there is speculation that gruden might go back and coach the raiders...with a possible ownership stake as part of the deal.
carr would obviously benefit significantly if this comes to pass.
I’m all for it.
perhaps they should have traded him earlier...but they wanted to make sure brady had something left in the tank.
they really had no choice but to let him go due to the price of the franchise tag.
let's see if he signs a long term deal with SF.
Belichick is a prick. Picking up that fossil from the scrap heap was just his way of saying “fuck you” to the Steelers. There is a reason why Harrison wasn’t getting any playing time in Pittsburgh. Old age.Originally Posted by raycarey

Want to take a minute and brag on my son, and his past couple of seasons of football here in the US. I made this video as a Christmas present for him.
AO, I'm sure you remember him.
Sorry, not really sure how to post vids.

had they kept garrapolo with the franchise tag, then 33% of their total salary cap space would have been allocated to QB.
the only way you keep garrapolo is to trade brady...and that's just not going to happen for a number of reasons.
Seattle v. AZ
Pete C summed up what I thought throughout the game. This game was a "micro-cosm" of the entire season.
Ifedi contined with his penalties, the most penalized player in the NFL. Some dropped passes, Russel Wilson running around, gaining rushing yards and hitting Baldwin for gains.
And touche - Blair Walsh missing another fucking kick.
The Seahawks will look different next year. Age and contracts.
Thought the Cards looked good this year all things considered. I mean when you're going back and forth between 2nd and 3rd string QB's, and when 20+ players are on your team that weren't even there before the reg. season started, and you still manage to finish strong beating several decent teams to go .500 I think that's objectively impressive (cue the hater brigade).
Speaking of which, Drew Stanton is now 7-1 in his last 8 starts. The dude is just a winner. Or as Sam calls him, "the worst backup QB in the NFL".
