I've signed up for the Ultimate FPL ciz.....5 squid with a chance at the 1000 every month and 25k at the end.

I'll do the same soon - got some time on my hands as I'm on holiday in CM.

Do you think you'll basically be mirroring your squad in the free game, picking completely different players, or a mix of the two?

It looks pretty different. Not sure I like the idea of no weekly free transfers. Makes getting your squad right from the start more important I guess.

I'm also assuming that there's just one league and no private leagues, is that right?

I'm pretty familiar with the system....the CL and WC formats aren't that different.

Gotta read the rules again about the manager subs though...that one hasn't sunk in.

We need to bring down the average age of the side. Lack of pace in midfield was a problem for us last season.
