Storm drive Inglis back over his own line to win the game 24-6.Good game from Widdop at five eigth as well as the usual from the big three slater ,smith and cronk, with a mention for Fonua, the first home grown player to score a try in a final.
Not pretty watching Mick Crocker go the niggle against his old team and Dave Taylor was just a meathead.
Bellyache Bellamy once again proved what an astute coach he his by coming up with a perfect way to nullify the dangerous Greg Inglis.Kick to his left hand corner and tackle him low.
All in all a solid win for Storm who now have a prelim final at home.See you all in two weeks.

I really miss both the NRL (Sea Eagles) and the one day and 20-20 cricket.
Up here in the bush, there's not much I can do about it except download big games via Torrents.

    SUCKS!

Looks like Steve Matai might be in some more bother with the NRL judiciary.

Matai was placed on report after he collected Bulldogs winger Sam Perrett high on Friday night.

He is poised to face his 13th charge in five seasons for his swinging arm that left Perrett claiming: "I don't remember a whole lot of the game."

Manly seemed to want to use some less than acceptable tactics to disrupt the Bulldogs which they did when behind on the scoreboard in both halves.

That bald Manly forward got his fair share of cheap shots in over the top which left 2 Dogs pretty badly concussed after being tackled.

    Then there were 4.

Rabbits have knocked out the raiders to book a date with the bulldogs next week.
The silver tails, with the help of the referees, robbed North Queensland out of a win to take on the storm.

Storm at home will put Manlys hopes on hold for another year ,unless the refs give them a leg up again.
