Learning to read Thai is quite a satisfying endeavor.

Especially when you catch the fokers overcharging on a menu that's written in Thai only.

    Begin with this book:

Have used small shops for electronic goods for a while now. They usually know about the products they are selling, and come and install big-ticket items like televisions; home theaters etc: F.O.C. Usually good after sales service too.
The prices are a bit higher obviously than the mega-stores, but it's definitely worth a bit extra.

When I got home and gave the missus her new kettle, she asked me why I bought a kettle that didn't work? I said how do you know? She says it has 'this item doesn't work' (in Thai) on the box... I wonder what kinda place puts that crap on the shelves???
(&, yes, Makro has a no returns policy.)(&, yes, I took it back anyway.)(&, yes, they changed it for me.)

I just don't shop anymore; just give the wife the money and let her deal with it...
One time went to a store bought what i went for and was just browsing but found something that looked useful. There was only one on the shelf so I looked on the shelves below and could not see anymore boxed ones but did find the one box that was obviously for the last one on the shelf so i put it in the box and went to the cashier.

She rang everything up and i paid. The math didn't work so when walking away I looked at the receipt. The impulse purchase was listed as 0 Baht!

Must have been the display one they can't sell!
Better to think inside the pub, than outside the box?
I apologize if any offence was caused. unless it was intended.
You people, you think I know feck nothing; I tell you: I know feck all

Here in Phils you must look for the T at the end, so ISDB-T

and it shall have the HDMI plug option...It can record programs and do more stuff...

Most popular is the CBN - Plus (1999Php), another one is Satex (about 1699Php)or the WIN, well this for the Phils, to get about 10 or plus Digital channels without monthly fee
Monday,Tuesday, then it goes WTF !

    Sure about that, xanax??

Anyway he's entirely correct. Twenty years studying if you're not as close to fluent as can be by this point you're a simpleton.

Jaysus, so it's not only Thai reading comprehension that you struggle with but English - your native tongue - also!

You are nothing but a disruptive pest, I started a thread about a TV box and you add nothing but attacks and insults. As usual all you are interested in is another fight to ward of the boredom, with other blokes of course!
