Just don’t go for Chester or Lester
Chicken Vindaloo, all home made..
Very nice ring stinger.
Three meals at once? Are you on a mad speed spree and time is going extraordinary fast?
Wow!
Did it taste as good as it looks willy?
It was bloody excellent. Burp.
Homemade Jesus Ribs.
Easy, lazy, falloffthebone Covid Cheddar Ribs.
Last night it was beef stew in a rich red-wine sauce, red cabbage, bread and egg dumplings with peas.
The egg dumplings were garnished with a sprinkle of chopped bacon and a sprig of parsley did the honours for the red cabbage.
And the money shot.
I’m not sure that’s what normally would be classed as a money shot...
To be fair there's normally a fit black guy involved.
^ covered in your lumpy gravy?
That red cabbage reminds me of school. Gonna go buy some and some semolina
^^^^
Red cabbage goes great with braised beef. Here's a recipe I used to use accompanying either braised beef or venison.

I got dinner going on the Q. Hopefully it works out well. I'm looking for slow-cooked, fall-apart leg of lamb instead of dry as a dingo's donger....

I can see a where's Mendy thread on the horizon
^ That would be childish.
But... GAME ON!
Mediterranean lamb shanks again.
Sunday... lamb day!
Fook me! Mendy is cranking them out! I guess I need to try lamb shanks. They are in the grocer, but I seem to overlook them. No greens left for you mate.
But you have plenty of green peas!
^ I am cranking them out mate, but I'm also doing a lot of cooking.
Let's keep this thread on the food!
^ That's the perfect way... resting on a bed of mashed potato.
And so easy... unless your convection oven turns off every 60 minutes.
^Thinking of you and your ongoing struggles getting a good steak into your belly while out on a grocery run today. Shock horror! the bars are all closed in Pattaya but some of us couldn't give a fuck and are very happy to still be here anyway
Haven't tried one yet, but don't need to either to know they'll be excellent eating.
Pork steak, marinated overnight in a mix of soya and oyster sauces, coriander root, garlic and black pepper. Slowly pan fried with an assortment of vegetables, carrots, onion, potato, and kale.
Fooking hell PAG!
I believe Phuket is opening up soon, any chance of a invite?
