Chitty, that looks great. Have you been possessed or am I seeing the layout of the cutlery and the bread - and the mint leaves! - as being clear signs of the dish being purchased from one of the better establishments in Stoke? :)

Lamb vindaloo and tandoori chicken
Radish the red things. Adds a bit of crunch. No cheese. It is a variation of what is commonly called shit on a shingle.
Brown ground beef. Mix in a can of Campbells cream of mushroom soup. Simmer a bit. Put on mash and eat. A very tasty and stick to your ribs meal in 15 mins.
Looks like a lazy fucker's cottage pie.:)
