The ones I just ate were good, yes. Frozen New Zealand chops. I like a leg of lamb, too (like it more actually), but it's much more to cook (and you need an oven for them). Chops are quicker and easier to cook. I just did mine in a very lightly oiled pan on top of the stove. The chops were quite thick so I left them on a low/medium heat for about 15 to 20 minutes. A bit of mint sauce would have gone well with them but I didn't have any.
I did a few lambs in my time too... fond memories.. romantic candlelit dinners, the hot summer nights, sunsets on lake Taupo... stirrups and silicone lube...Quote:
