The worst is when the butter is served almost frozen from the fridge, but the toast has cooled past the thermal melting point and thus cannot melt it.

I mean that in the context of we usually have one egg and one slice of bacon on one slice of toast, and at 5'10, 77kg that fuels a 500kcal 1 hour morning exercise sesh.
It's hard to imagine what 4 hashbrowns, 2 toast, 2 eggs, 4 slices of bacon and a bowl of beans fuel. Though possibly a very nice snooze on the sofa before a very nice trip to the 'restroom'. :)

Wife passed st8 out 30mins after, I definitely felt dehydrated for the rest of the day.
84kg at 6ft but I do aim to get down to 75kg in the near future.
