Going to keep mine pretty simple I think, just some nuts and dried fruit.

nuts, dried fruit ( figs, raisins and apricots, sometimes blueberries ) porridge oats and all bran, then add prunes, milk and sliced banana before serving.
your bowels will thank you in the nicest possible way.
Have muesli every morning, I buy Makro muesli and add some extras, cranberry sultanas and extra almonds.

I've got a British Heart Foundation wall chart that says the only nuts you should eat every day are: chestnuts; pinenuts; and walnuts.

Dont know much about making Muesli but I'll bet there are a fair few porridge stirrers on this board, especially the Pattaya residents.
Love muesli. Sometimes I make a smoothy with it. Add a handful to the blender with milk and a very ripe banana and a tablespoon of honey.
Museli gives me indigestion.
dogs should stay off the muesli.
go for some dried apricots, sunflower seeds and virgin olive oil for moisture. keep it in the fridge.
