    Making your own muesli.

Going to make a big jar of muesli.

Going to keep mine pretty simple I think, just some nuts and dried fruit.

    Anyone here making their own?

What do you put in yours, and where do you buy it from?

I've got a British Heart Foundation wall chart that says the only nuts you should eat every day are: chestnuts; pinenuts; and walnuts.

Can't find it on here: British Heart Foundation - Eatwell plate

that's right... no vulgar puns about dangleberries or clegnuts

Dont know much about making Muesli but I'll bet there are a fair few porridge stirrers on this board, especially the Pattaya residents.

Love muesli. Sometimes I make a smoothy with it. Add a handful to the blender with milk and a very ripe banana and a tablespoon of honey.

dogs should stay off the muesli.

go for some dried apricots, sunflower seeds and virgin olive oil for moisture. keep it in the fridge.
