500 g minced beef
Chopped garlic
Little bit of chopped onion
Oregano
Breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper
About half a beaten egg to bind.
I also chuck in a bit of a hamburger seasoning to add some flavour… they say one packet for 500g, but it’s far too much. I use about ¼.
Mix the whole lot up and into the fridge.
When cold mould them into the patties. Will make about 5 or 6.
Chuck on some bacon (was too lazy to go to Paragon for the real rashers so CP crap it was), cheese, onion, ketchup, mayo, lettuce and tomato…
Served up with homemade French fries and onion rings…
Delish.
And still 3 in the fridge for tmro… when the garlic and oregano will really taste good.
