I came home yesterday and the misses was in the middle of making some sausages. They were Thai style, very garlicky but great with sticky rice. I knew she made them but I don't really remember ever seeing her do it.
Anyway, it wetted my appetite big time and I will soon be giving it a go for myself (with disastrous results I dare say) I think I'm going to try a lamb sausage with a bit of a Moroccan type flavour first, and then keep experimenting after that.
I've started this thread a little bit early to be honest, as I'm at the thinking about doing it stage, rather than the, here are the photos of what I've done stage, but I thought if anybody else fancies giving it a go or already has, then they could post the results or share their knowledge here.
If not, I'll be back in a week or two to show you my pathetic efforts at making sausages for the first time. Should be worth a laugh at the very least.
