Tomorrows it's my wifes birthday, so decided to make her/us Surf and Turf. Shrimps with Beef Filet.

Here I got some frozen shrimps, that I took out the freezer today, so they can thaw nice and slow in the fridge. This will ensure the best quality and texture of the shrimps.

O.K. Folks I'am back from shopping in the city. All that stress got me thirsty so I thought I pour myself a nice Weizen Bier from one of the best Breweries in the world (at least I think so). Prost ! Chok-Dee ! and Cheers !

So let's continue with the ingredients. The thing that I forgot was fresh parsley. Things like that I always buy at a turkish vegetable store because it's fresh.

There is still one ingredient missing. I will get it tomorrow morning...fresh... from France.

I will now prepare my famous HtG Garlic Butter. I will prepare as much as possible today so I can sabai, sabai as much as possible with my wife tomorrow.

Now let's see what do we have here. A Pok-Pok from Thailand, Dried Peeper Seeds from Thailand (from our last trip), Salt, Garlic, and the other thing I have to look up in the Leo English-Deutsch dictionary.
It's a herp called rosemary.

The Brazil Filet cost normaly € 30 kilo. I got it for € 20 kilo. After X-Mas left over sale

You guys probably all know those herps and spices that they sell in Thai and that you have to mix with some alcohol. Its suppose to be good for your health, and heart, and big one, and cancer, and aids, and.......It's a bag with roots and twigs and wood and who knows what. I bought a bag of it and mixed it with some schnaps 5 days ago (home made schnaps that is..made of pears).

Well.....almost. France is about 17 km from where I live.
